I wanted to write something straight from the heart today. Sometimes, I feel like I blink and the day is already over. I wake up, hit the ground running, and don’t stop until the kids are in bed.
And even then, I’m still tidying up, checking bags for the next day, or mentally preparing for Oakley’s hospital appointments. Life doesn’t slow down much these days—and for the most part, I’ve just adapted to that pace. But lately, I’ve felt something creeping in. Something quiet and heavy. Loneliness.
